Material models (Layer 2)

Introduction

A material model is the host-specific half of RadCluster. It declares the populations of a host material, its admissible vertex and edge sets, and its rate kernels. It does not implement an integrator: the graph walker, the C++ solver, the preconditioner and the reductions of the Abstract core (Layer 1) are inherited unchanged.

Layer Location Content
1, abstract core py_utils/core and cpp_utils/core cluster identifier, edge classes, graph container, graph walker, state layout, reductions, CVODE driver
2, material model py_utils/materials and cpp_utils/materials populations, admissible vertices and edges, rate kernels of one host
